We want you to be 100% Satisfied with everything from the Talos Gear Store. If for any reason you are not, simply return or exchange your products, following the guidelines below.

 

Return Policy

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of ship date as long as the items shows no sign of wear.

-The Consumer will be responsible for freight cost back to warehouse .

-Talos will pay for the return shipment with new items.

Any damaged merchandise must be reported to Zilla, with your order number, within 14 days of receipt of merchandise to be issued a credit or exchange.

 

Return Instructions:

1. Please contact Zilla at (614) 763-5311 or email info@zilla.art to obtain a return authorization number.

2. Record the return authorization number you receive on a copy of your packing slip.

3. Repackage the items to be returned, using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip in the return package.

4. Ship the return to the address below using a traceable method. Be sure to include your return authorization number on the address label for faster processing.

5. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received.
